£20,000 up to £23,000 dependent on experience

As the Youth Worker, the successful applicant will be responsible for nurturing young people and helping them explore the Christian faith. You will take a lead in creating diverse opportunities to disciple and equip young people as they explore what it means to live as followers of Christ in contemporary culture. You will also work with other organisations and develop links with schools as we seek to reach out into the community.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with energy, enthusiasm and passion for young people. You will lead and deliver regular age-related activities and be instrumental in providing a joined-up approach to the support of youth work as part of the Church ministry. A key part of this role will be nurturing young people and engaging them in exploring the Christian faith in relevant ways.
