Newbury Baptist Church are looking for and experienced and innovative Youth Worker to oversee all aspects of our youth programme including the organisation of events, volunteer training and the building of relationships.  We are seeking an individual who is passionate about sharing God’s love with young people aged 11-18 and helping them grow in their faith.

We are a growing town centre Church entering an exciting new phase with a potential property redevelopment on the horizon and exciting opportunities to engage with the wider community. We currently have a large number of children in our church family and fast growing young group, and we need a dynamic, skilled person to lead our youth ministry. This is a key time in our church journey, as we make plans to serve our community better and share Jesus more widely. If God is calling you to this journey, we want to hear from you.
