Youth Minister - St John’s Community Church, Chase Terrace & Boney Hay, Staffordshire
Full Time – 37.5 hrs per week (including some evening/weekend work)
Salary: £20,000-£22,500 (depending on experience) + expenses
St John’s Community Church is a lively & informal Anglican church, seeking to grow God’s kingdom in our community & beyond. We believe the opportunity for significant growth in young people becoming a vibrant part of our church is now. This is where the role of Youth Minister comes in.
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about seeing young people encounter Jesus in their lives, growing in their knowledge of & love for him as they go deeper in their faith.
If you’re enthusiastic, motivated, committed & gifted, you may be just the person we’re looking for. You’ll be someone who is capable of leading, supporting & growing our existing youth ministry, as well as building on established community links.
You’ll have a creative, pioneering streak, able to develop new initiatives, activities & groups. You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills, be a good communicator, work collaboratively, & generally be good company!
