An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Diocese of Chichester for a Youth Leadership Development Officer.

The successful applicant will report to the Diocesan Youth Officer and will be based at Church House in Hove.
 
The role will involve taking a lead on leadership development projects for young people in Chichester Diocese. You will be required to work in partnership with the Diocesan Youth Officer and work alongside the vocations team to plan, market and launch a gap year scheme, be an integral part of the May Camp core team and lead the leadership development stream. You will also work in partnership to develop Sync, a new Youth Council project in the Diocese.

Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rata 20 hours per week with some evening and weekend work
