Quakers in Britain are looking for experienced youth development workers to initiate, facilitate and deliver a range of opportunities aimed at increasing the engagement and participation of young Quakers (and other young people) aged 11–18.

We need someone who can work with young people, build community, promote youth participation, and empower adults in Quaker meetings to respond more readily to young people. 

You will need to be organised with the ability to plan, deliver, monitor, and evaluate projects and programmes for young people. You will need to be able to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with young people, colleagues and stakeholders.

Salary: £27,942 per annum

Contract: Fixed term – 3 years

Hours: Full-time – 35 hours per week

Location: One worker based in Bristol and one based in Sheffield
