Job Type:

£24,000 to £26,000

St Stephens Church

We’re an open evangelical church in South Tonbridge in Kent linked to New Wine. We’re actively making a difference in our local community and this is a really exciting time for us. As a church we’re “passionate to know God and to make God known”. That’s our vision, plain and simple. But despite its simplicity, it’s huge. We already have a thriving youth ministry both inside and outside the church, but we’re eager to do so much more. So we’re seeking an enthusiastic Ministry Leader for Youth and Young Adults with a passion to see others grow deeper in their relationship with God.

If you’re our ideal candidate you’ll have a strong personal Christian faith and the ability to share this dynamically and relevantly with young people and young adults. You’ll also be a self-starter, who has the ability to lead – as well as serve alongside – our fabulous team of volunteers. If this sounds like you we’d love to hear from you.

For full details and application info please visit Deadline for applications midday on Friday 16th October. Proposed interview dates during week beginning 26th October.

For an informal conversation about this role please email Craig Spickernell at or call 01732 771977.
