Are you:
. an Evangelical Christian with a strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour.
. able to relate to children and their families and committed to seeing them come to trust Christ and grow in Him
. experienced in working with children and families in a church-based context with (ideally) some experience of schools
. flexible, able to work on your own initiative as well as with others
. able to encourage others in working with children
. able to communicate clearly and teach the Bible
. able to develop, deliver and manage change and encourage and motivate others
Our vision
. that children might know Jesus as their Saviour and Lord in a way that is appropriate to them
. that the good work begun over the past six years will be further developed 
Key areas
. Oversight of church children's groups on a Sunday and during the week
. Building on our work in schools
. Developing outreach strategies
