Holy Trinity Claygate (HTC) is a large and lively evangelical Anglican church in the Diocese of Guildford in which Children and Families ministry plays a central role in the life of the church.

We are seeking to appoint a new Children and Families Minister who can grow, develop and lead our existing work with children (0-11’s) and their families.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • an enthusiasm and passion for ministry among those aged 0-11 and their families
  • the ability to deepen the faith of those who know Jesus and reach out to those who do not
  • the ability to inspire, work with and grow our existing large team of volunteers in children and families ministry
  • the skill to work in a variety of settings, including within HTC, local schools/preschools and the wider community

We can offer the successful candidate:

  • the experience of being part of an energetic and supportive staff team
  • a salary of £22,000-£25,000 (dependent on experience) plus housing allowance
  • excellent facilities and space for children and family ministry activities
