The trustees of Menadue are looking to appoint a Centre Administrator to help in all aspects of the administration required to fulfil the trust’s objectives of providing a residential centre for schools and other groups and introducing children to the Christian faith

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the relevant skills and experience to work with the trustees to make our vision a reality.

To be a part of God's work of seeing youngsters and adults become followers of Jesus Christ through developing and maintaining Menadue as a safe and comfortable facility


Our Aims

In all that we do, we aim to reflect our Christian calling and our Statement of Faith to which we adhere, and to

  1. Maintain the site in a safe, comfortable and attractive condition throughout the year
  2. Offer all school groups a daily Christian talk
  3. Provide a quiet space for prayer and reflection
  4. Be self-supporting and non-profit making
  5. Be able to offer the site at subsidised rates to other like-minded charities, groups, and individuals, particularly those supporting disadvantaged young people


Title:                Centre Administrator

Employer:        Menadue Management Trust (or self-employed)

Hours:              10 hours per week

Start Date:       Early February 2021

Status:             Permanent

Work Base:      Home based


To increase the number of bookings at Menadue through effective advertising and marketing

To deal with all administrative aspects of having clients stay at Menadue

To be responsible for developing the policies, procedures, and standards necessary to enable school and other groups to enjoy a safe and beneficial residential stay at Menadue


  • Flexible hours and the advantages of homeworking
  • An hourly rate of £12/hour as an employee (alternative rate for self-employed)
  • Opportunity to be involved at the start of this new venture


As a Christian faith-based charity, our beliefs are foundational to everything we do. The post-holder will be expected to be sympathetic to these beliefs and work to support all aspects of the work of the trust, its trustees, staff, and volunteers.
