Then this could be the perfect job for you.This new role means you will lead on co-ordinating the production and distribution of marketing materials and resources to grow our membership base. This will include effective marketing of our safeguarding products and services to new and existing audiences within the context of the UK church and Christian community.We’re looking for a creative self-motivated person to co-ordinate the design and production of our marketing materials and lead on our digital marketing including our website and e-marketing. This role will ensure consistent branding is achieved and maintained and will build on existing successes as well as breaking new ground.With strong interpersonal and project management skills, you will also need a good eye for detail and a good general understanding of marketing principles. Job Description• To plan and co-ordinate the design, production and distribution of resources and marketing materials, working with colleagues from across all departments.
• Create and maintain a set of design templates, and support colleagues in using them ensuring branding guidelines are adhered to.
• Work with external suppliers and agencies to create marketing and communication materials for print and digital platforms.
• Work with our Content and Communications Officer to manage our social media channels ensuring all our breadth of service is regularly promoted with a consistent frequency and approach.
• Establish and document effective processes around the production of materials and ensure these are clearly communicated and understood across the organisation.
• Maintain our website and regularly review performance using available analytics, ensuring our products and services and effectively communicated and information is accessible to new and existing users.
• Build and maintain an image library for use in our marketing and communications.
• Support with the filming and production of internally produced training films.
• Work with our Content and Communications Officer to create and develop our schedule of e-communications including our monthly e-newsletter and e-marketing.
• Work with the Head of Marketing and Communications to manage and develop our brand.
