We are looking for a passionate, reliable person who wants to assist in building relationships with Premier supporters. 

You will join a friendly team and help process gifts, magazine subscriptions, update records and ensure each person who contacts Premier receives a high level of care.


  • To be a positive and enthusiastic member of the team, encouraging team spirit and togetherness by participating actively in meetings, training and helping in the development of others.
  • Maintain accurate records of our supporters ensuring their addresses and contact preferences are up to date.
  • Process donations and magazine subscription requests received both electronically and in the post.
  • Respond to queries over the phone, email and post
  • Send routine correspondence such as magazine renewal letters and information requests.
  • To work and liaise with other departments within Premier to identify improvements to standards and processes.

  • Five GCSE’s (grade C or above) or equivalent, including English and Mathematics
  • Sound knowledge and experience of handling confidential information/data.
  • Experience of dealing with people at all levels and with the public over the phone.
  • Experience of working on databases preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • IT literacy in Microsoft Office


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good administration, multi-tasking, and organisational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and flexible approach
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to use initiative and priorities workload


  • Friendly personality with a high level of commitment and dedication
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • The post-holder will work in a Christian environment. Therefore it will be necessary for the post-holder to have respect for the Christian faith, its values and be in sympathy with our organisational aims.

LOCATION: Crowborough Office, East Sussex 
HOURS OF WORK: Part time or Full time hours between 9:00am – 5:00pm 
CONTRACT: Permanent 
REPORTING TO: Team Leader, Database and Administration.
SALARY: £18,000pa – £19,500pa (depending on skills and experience)
