Premier is the UK’s leader in Christian media and communications. Due to ongoing success, we are expanding our Tele-fundraising team in Crowborough. 

We are looking for self-motivated, confident and driven people possessing excellent communication skills to join our thriving team. Telemarketing or fundraising experience is helpful but not essential for those with the right attitude and the desire to progress. .


  • To phone contacts from well-developed databases
  • Convert existing one-off donors to direct debit giving
  • Upgrade existing donors by increasing their regular giving
  • Reinstate donors whose giving has lapsed
  • Recruit new regular donors to Premier
  • To accurately and securely add, update and maintain financial and other personal details onto a database, in accordance with data protection requirements
  • To be a positive and enthusiastic member of the Telemarketing team
  • To ensure that all donors and potential donors are spoken to politely and professionally, giving them accurate information and answering their queries efficiently and honestly
  • To have a clear, positive and pleasant telephone manner at all times
  • To treat all donors with respect and patience in line with our Christian values


  • Five GCSE’s (grade C or above) or equivalent, including English and Mathematics
  • Experience in telemarketing or fundraising is not essential but would be an advantage
  • Team working experience
  • Proven administration, multi-tasking and prioritising skills
  • IT literacy in Microsoft Office
