Do you have a desire to inspire, equip and release churches to more effectively make Jesus known across the UK? Do you have the expertise and heart to build and develop new and existing training programmes for individuals, young people and local churches?

Counties is looking for an enthusiastic, committed candidate who will:

·      be responsible for the development and strengthening of the Evangelist Training Programme;

·      develop and lead Counties’ gap year programme -TEAM (Training in Evangelism and Mission);

·      be responsible for the development of Counties’ youth training programme - One2Lead;

·      promote the Neighbourhood Chaplains programme, deliver training with the NC team;

·      continue to review all Counties training;

·      develop and deliver training through Counties regional clusters;

·      work with partner organisations;

The successful candidate will:

·      be able to share their Christian faith, be enthusiastic about ‘Making Jesus known across the UK’;

·      be able to create biblically based resources;

·      demonstrate experience of development, evaluation, and delivery of training;

·      have excellent presentation and facilitation skills demonstrating an ability to promote training opportunities;

·      have excellent written and verbal communication skills;

·      have excellent administration skills;

·      be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, including travel throughout the UK.
