Help us to live the story of Jesus.

We are looking for a Discipleship Team Leader who will play a crucial role in our developing diocesan vision by:

  • Promoting a culture of discipleship throughout the Diocese, encouraging churches and individual Christians to explore what it means to be disciples
  • Developing our Parish Support Hub to co-ordinate the support available to churches in their development
  • Leading a gifted team who are dedicated to enabling the growth of disciples and flourishing churches

As Discipleship Team Leader, you will be:

  • Able to articulate a vision for discipleship which is both practical and inspiring
  • Imaginative and creative, able to make discipleship relevant and accessible to diverse age groups and communities 
  • An effective communicator and trainer
  • Passionate about a vision for mission which is rooted in spiritual growth 
  • A strong team player, able to be a team member as well as a leader

We are looking for someone who has knowledge of the Anglican Church and its ecumenical links. A genuine occupational requirement exists for the post holder to be a practising Christian.
