We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Senior Leadership Team.
You will bring high-level strategic and leadership skills, gained in a corporate, statutory or voluntary sector context, deep faith and confidence in the authority of Scripture and the power of the Holy Spirit to change lives today.
St Paul’s Howell Hill is a vibrant Anglican church located between London and Epsom. We are a congregation of over 600 working towards our vision to connect people with Jesus, transform lives and serve our neighbours locally, nationally and globally.
You will help us to realise that vision by moving concepts and principles into action and reality, and by releasing our church community, which includes many young people, into active ministry. Specific responsibilities include working closely with the Vicar and Associate Vicar to develop the vision of the church, taking the lead on strategic planning, operations and communications and facilitating the deployment of staff and our church family to ensure effective use of people’s time, gifts and skills in all areas of church and community life.
