Part-funded by the Church Commissioners Strategic Development Funding, as part of our Acceler8 project, we are seeking to expand our team of 20s and 30s Development Leaders embedded in local churches with high concentrations of 20s-30s in their parishes.

20s-30s Development Leader (1 PT post @ £12,402) A core aspect of the strategy of Coventry Diocese in seeking to fulfil its Mission Purpose of Worshipping God, Making New Disciples and Transforming Communities, is to achieve this within a younger generation context.   

We welcome applications from lay or ordained people who are committed to the Diocesan Mission Purpose and who can demonstrate evidence of delivery of the 8 Essential Qualities of healthy churches (see www.healthychurches.org.uk) in a 20s-30s context. 

You will have: 

A vibrant, attractive and infectious Christian faith.
Experience of bringing people in their 20s and 30s to Christian faith and discipleship. 
A desire to share learning from your specific church context on the scheme with others in the deanery and across the diocese.
