Purpose of Green Pastures:
Releasing the church to end homelessness & equipping partners to give their residents the opportunity to come into a living relationship with Jesus.

Office Location Flexible, as preferred by applicant (within the UK)
Hours 37.5 hrs per week
Contract Permanent (6 month probation period)
Wage £17,000 p.a.
Holidays 31 days pro rata (20 days + 8 public holidays + 3 days between Christmas and new year)

Job Specification

  1. Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Interface & Dropbox
  2. Strong administrations skills, responding quickly to communications, meticulous of detail and timely follow up.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to manage multiple relationships and contacts efficiently
  4. A successful candidate will participate and contribute to the spirituality of Green Pastures. For this reason, it is an occupational requirement that the successful applicant is a practicing Christian (Equalities Act 2010).


Responsibilities of the role

These will include:

  1. Annual National Partner Conference organisation
  2. Property pipeline administration
  3. Checking solicitor updates for the Partner Liaisons
  4. Rent Sheet completions & checking
  5. Partner survey collection
  6. Researching potential partnerships
  7. Partnership web enquiries administration
  8. Post outs of GP resources
  9. General Partnership Liaison department administration
