Holidays 31 days  (20 days + 8 public holidays + 3 days taken between Christmas & New Year)

Purpose of Green Pastures

Releasing the church to end homelessness & equipping partners to give their residents the  opportunity to come into a living relationship with Jesus.


As part of the London based team the role will be maintaining existing Green Pastures’ partnerships & helping them grow with additional units purchased by GP.  Starting new GP partnerships This role involves supporting the partner and monitoring their partnership. If you want to see people reach their full potential this is a role for you.


Job Specification

  1. Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google & Dropbox
  2. Strong administrations skills, responding quickly to communications, meticulous of detail and timely follow up.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to manage multiple relationships and contacts efficiently
  4. A successful candidate will participate and contribute to the spirituality of Green Pastures. For this reason, it is an occupational requirement that the successful applicant is a practicing Christian (Equalities Act 2010).


Responsibilities of the role

  1. Maintaining current partnerships. This will include monitoring the partner’s performance, impact on tenants, record keeping, property safety certificates, lease payments, relationship with council & exempt accommodation status. This will also include encouraging them in their ministry and assisting partners with challenges they face.
  2. Growing current partners property portfolio with new GP purchases
  3. Commencing new partnerships with churches & Christian organisations and managing them
  4. Assisting the Lonon based Partner Liasion
  5. This Job Description is not exhaustive and additional tasks will be added.


Further Information

The person will be expected to be punctual, kind and considerate to others, liaise with relevant agencies when required. The person will be evaluated on their performance against their responsibilities. Line Management meetings will monitor the implementation of the responsibilities listed above. The successful applicant will attend National Team meeting in Stoke 4 times a year. Transport and sustenance expenses are covered when visiting partners and partner enquirers. Wages will be paid monthly.
